  I would refer this store to anyone. All the employees are very friendly and knowledge in there product. I want to say thank you to Christina for explaining plans and options to me and helped me pick the right plan and phone. THANKS AGAIN CHRISTINA

  Wouldn't let me return or exchange a $43 phone case that I have no use for because it wasn't within the 15 day exchange period. I bought it before christmas, found out that it was the wrong case on christmas and have been trying to return it ever since.. it wasn't that long past the 15 days... I find it really hard to believe that there is no way around this policy. The 15 day exchange/return policy is in small fine print on the back of my receipt. No one told me I had 15 days when I bought it.. our monthly verizon bill is over $300... I think they have enough of my money. Verizon just sucks.
